Warning: Unless you can receive an email, you will not be able to use your account. Microsoft sites (hotmail/live/msn) seem to have technical problems on a regular basis which causes it to drop legitimate email from this and other sites. As such, we have found them to be unreliable. A permenant fix seems to be slow coming. If you are having trouble using their email services, it is highly recommended that you try and sign up with an alternative email account (ie: Google's gmail.com).
